Crestron AirMedia is a wireless presentation system that allows you to connect your computer to large screen displays wirelessly. After connecting to the Crestron AirMedia, you will be able to mirror or extend your computer screen to show your presentations on the large screen displays.
Instructions
- Open a web browser and type in the IP address shown on the large screen.
- If you do not have Crestron AirMedia installed yet, you will see a link to go to the download page. Download the dmg file and open it. Drag the Crestron AirMedia app to your Mac Applications folder.

- If you already have AirMedia installed, click on the ‘Start Presenting’ button.

- Click ‘Allow’ if prompted to open ‘Crestron AirMedia’.

- Wait for the code to appear on the large screen and type it in the box provided in the Crestron AirMedia application on your computer and press the ‘return’ key on your keyboard.

- In the top right corner of your Mac computer, click on the Control Center > Screen Mirroring.

- You should see the name of the screen to mirror or extend to. The name should match the name as shown on the large screen. Click to select it.

- Type in the code shown on the large screen in the Mac AirPlay code box on your computer.

- If the connection is successful but you do not see your presentation on the large screen, locate the physical controller panel on the wall next to the large display and tap the AirMedia button.
- Open a web browser and type in the IP address shown on the large screen.
- If you do not have AirMedia yet, you will see a link to go to the download page. Click to download and install on your computer.

- If you already have AirMedia installed, click on the ‘Start Presenting’ button.

- Click ‘Open Crestron AirMedia’ when prompted in the web browser window.

- Wait for the code to appear on the large screen and type it in the box provided in the Crestron AirMedia application on your computer and click Connect.

- If the connection is successful but you do not see your presentation on the large screen, locate the physical controller panel on the wall next to the large display and tap the AirMedia button.
- By default, the Crestron AirMedia will mirror the display of your computer. If you would like to extend your computer screen instead of just mirroring, please download and install the Crestron Peripheral Driver.

- To extend the display of your computer, go to the Crestron AirMedia application. Click on the ‘Screen sharing’ dropdown list and select ‘AirMedia Virtual Screen’.
